IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
09/25/2025
Good afternoon, neighbors. Please be on the lookout in the mail for a newly designed Resident Notice Form. This is our attempt to bring the CC&R’s back into compliance for those that have forgotten about them or just find them unnecessary to observe. It’s every Residents obligation to keep up with them, for in the long run it keeps our Development looking uniform, inviting and higher property values.
The Notice process will begin the first part of October and go monthly.

NEWS
7/30/2022
Good afternoon neighbors, our HOA Board is in need of some help. We have recently had a rush of members resigning from their positions due to life events or moving out the neighborhood. We are desperately looking for anyone that would like to volunteer to fill a position on the board. Being on the HOA board is an opportunity to help keep the neighborhood in order and is not overly time consuming. We would like to keep the board run by people who live in the neighborhood but if no one steps up to volunteer to be on the board, we will be forced to go another direction. If you would like to be on the board or have questions, please reach out to us on Facebook or email us at CokersCrossingHOA@gmail.com

The Board of Directors held its regular meeting on January 15, 2018. The Board prepared the 2018 dues notice and a statement of a by-law change for mailing on January 16. Various reports brought the Board up to date on issues of concern to homeowners. Timers have been adjusted on the ponds aerators, and the electric bill dropped by 50%. The website has been renewed for another year. The treasury contains a sufficient cushion so that dues will not be raised for 2018. Work on the park/wetlands area has been deferred until the weather improves. The HOA books will be audited by RMGCPAS. The annual meeting (in November) may be held at the new fire department headquarters—we can get a close-up view of the new facility. In case you have wondered whether the old firehouse on Old Mt. Holly has been affected by the new firehouses, it is still operating—it is a volunteer fire department.

The HOA Board held its monthly meeting on March 21st, 2017. A quick summary can be seen below:
The board approved the purchase of 60 new fish for the retention ponds. These fish will keep down vegetative and algae growth in the ponds, thereby delaying the need for any major maintenance to either pond.
The board is continuing efforts to improve the landscaping at the entrance of the subdivision and is reviewing quotes from local companies for best value.
